Thought for the day
Just a reminder:
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.
That's what my spiritual director has told me at different times, esp. before I moved from my very conservative Methodist Church to the Episcopal. Don't put pearls before swine. There's no point in arguing. Probably the best thing (if I can remember to do this) is to pray "Bless ____, change me."
New policy: Anonymous posts must be signed or they will be deleted. Pick a name, any name (it could be Paperclip or Doorknob), but identify yourself in some way. Thank you.
