Important authority principle
To all you people out there with leadership repsonsibilities, this is really something to think about:
Your position never gives you the right to command. It only imposes on you the duty of so living your life that others may receive your orders without being humiliated.
It is really tragic that so many "leaders" do such damage to people due to their lack of skill or being down right mean-spirited! All people in positions of leadership would do well to consider the impact of their speech and actions on those they presume to "lead." ann c.
