ReplyDeleteAs someone who formerly formally studied Pet.E for 3 yrs and then bailed to geology & math, I can tell you to NEVER believe anything an oil company says. N.E.V.E.R!
I read an article in the local newspaper here that the government cannot step in and take over any polluting scenario, it's prohibited by law... I'll see if I can find the article and cite the source...
