But we do have bad peace sometimes.
Maybe always.
We need to work harder at peace when we're at peace.
I think you've made a good point MadPriest. Maybe what Franklin was on about is that there is no peace so bad that it's not worth working to improve. In other words, no peace is bad enough that we might as well throw in the towel and start killing each other.
