Secretary of Happiness



You'd think, since the idea of the pursuit of happiness as a human right is enshrined in our Declaration of Independence, that the US would have something like this.

Oh well.

    This was very interesting. I was glad to read about the success of Bhutan as I am currently reading a book by a Tibetan prisoner--"Fire Under the Snow."
