Unless we have a family member in the military most of us do not really think of the war. In fact, are we "Officially" at war? with Iraq? with Afghanistan? Was war "officially" declared? By Congress? I think most of us think of the "wars" as simply "Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld's Follies."
