    I've never had that much faith in the legal system personally... but other people might, I don't know. Certainly it would be nice to think it was that way.

    Unfortunately, as we have seen in the past few years with DNA testing, there are way too many people who fall in the innocent/convicted quadrant. Many of those were on death row awaiting execution. It makes one wonder how many of those who were executed before DNA testing also fell within that quadrant.
